Issue Description
When configuring temporary streams, I’ve noticed that the response time for RTSP streams is quite slow, typically taking around 10 seconds to connect. To improve this situation, I would like to configure a timeout mechanism or reconnection strategy in go2trc.yaml.

Additionally, I need guidance on how to configure HTTPS for client access to the backend WebSocket interface to play video.
