Document implicit array extension

Bump version to indicate breaking changes

`c401796a9db26ecdb8c18d16c64e92abd2547109` removed several variadic
macros requiring users to update `config/key_chords[.def].h` by
re-transpiling their personal `wks` config. For those not building their
key chords into the binary, this shouldn't break anything.
